We offer a choice of 4 different rooms with ensuites. Rooms # 2 and #3 are both located on the main floor across the hall from each other. They are the smallest rooms.
Rooms #1 and #4 are each suites of 300 square feet located on the second floor.
Room Reservation Policies

We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Note: Our reservation policy is for a two night minimum stay other than to fill gaps or last minute openings. A $50.00 surcharge plus applicable tax will be charged on single night stays if and when they become available.
To confirm your reservations we require a non refundable one night deposit per room reserved.
This is payable by online interac e- transfer via http://www.interac.ca/transfer, cheque or credit card.
Please note that credit card payments will incur an extra charge based on the commission we are charged.
Upon receipt we will email you a confirmation letter.
All guestroom charges are subject to Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13%.
The City of Stratford has approved the implementation of a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) at 4% to be applied to guestroom charges in 2023. Despite the best efforts of our company and local industry to advocate against its implementation it is proposed to begin July 1, 2023 at the rate of 4%. The MAT is provincially legislated, and also subject to Federal HST and as such we do not have the legal authority to remove it from your bill.
Any transactions completed and fully paid for prior to July 1, 2023 will not be subject to MAT.

Cancellation Policy (We hate to bring this up but just in case...)
We understand that plans unexpectedly change. Cancellations affect us greatly therefore we ask you to agree to the following cancellation policy at the time of booking:
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 30 days in advance of your arrival date. If the room is cancelled prior to 30 days of the arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of $50.00 per room reserved.
If the room is cancelled with 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount of the original reservation is due.
If you must cancel we ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible so that the room is available for someone else to reserve. We will make every effort to re-book your room(s).
A B&B on Bay, Acrylic Dreams cannot accept responsibility of inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, family emergencies etc.
Because many of our guests book their stay many months ahead and life changing events can occur suddenly,
We suggest purchasing trip insurance from a company of your choice in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans.
